Skill Transfer Exercises

Skill Transfer Exercises are a fantastic warm-up and reinforcement Drill. The work spent on this activity will help with opening up shoulder mobility, establishing proper receiving position for the snatch, and develop the motor skills required to drop under the bar under large loads.

If you see Snatch on the board,  need to work on your Shoulder Mobility, or improve your overhead squat – Do these skill transfer exercises!!!
