Yes, we know that the last time you climbed a rope was in 7th grade gym class. And yes, at that time you were 68lbs “soaking wet”, and your weight-to-power ratio was much different than it is today. As full grown athletes, we need to pay particular attention to wrapping, and weight transfer by using our hips on this activity. Like lots of our movements, the arms are a support mechanism – not a driving force here.
