At K3CF, we take a more thoughtful approach to the push-up you learned in Gym Class. The push-up at our gym must demonstrate a) excellent position b) movement genesis from the shoulder (not the elbow) c) complete range of motion to the floor.

Beginner athletes, review Progression #4 on push-ups from a box/elevation.
