Intro to MobilityWOD (Hips)

Each Crossfitter will come to the appreciation that the hips are the driving force behind almost all of our movements. In order to generate force for the Thruster, a kettlebell swing, a pull-up kip, a burpee, and a dozen other movements – we all come to the realization that we need:

a) A Strong Kinetic Chain (Rigid torso aka Neutral spine, and organized Shoulder/hip girdles)

b) Range of Motion

c) Supple, Sliding Surfaces (muscles/fascia)

**We hope you can take the maintenance of your body with as much sincerity as you do your Muscle-up, and Deadlift. Consider mobility not an option, but a necessity to performance gains, and keeping your flesh in the gym and not on the operating table 🙂
