K3 CrossFit delivers a new way of thinking about Fitness. We are a family first, hardworking crew. We thrive off the camaraderie and sweat we share with our fellow members. Our type of athletic training is effective, inspiring, and fun. We are not your average gym!

Our “box” is truly a grassroots movement. We started out in the garage of Zach & Jen Dowdy, and have moved into a new space in Bradley as our launchpad, to serve more and go farther. We have everything needed to uncover your hidden strength and potential. K3 Crossfit’s coaches are patient and knowledgeable. We’re here to help you push past your limits, setting the bar higher and higher with every lift.  If your goal is to lose weight, get fit, increase strength, or become a better athlete, we’ll help you achieve those goals.

Myth-Buster: You do NOT need to be an athletic phenom to participate and excel in CrossFit. We have members of all ages and backgrounds. As a CrossFit affiliate we pride ourselves on being able to successfully train our athletes to excel in any physical contingency. Do you want to try out olympic weightlifting or powerlifting? Do you want to compete? We’re here to help you attain any and every single fitness goal. You might think you are joining for just a workout or to reach your fitness goals, but you will find it is a dynamic and encouraging environment that extends far beyond the gym walls. We work hard and play hard in order to provide an extraordinary experience. You are what makes the difference to our community, gives us purpose and helps US grow.
