Cals Bike or Row

Into:

15-10-5

Push Jerk 175/115

*Partner 1 does 40 Cals

Partner 2 does 40 Cals

Partner 1 does 30 Cals

Partner 2 does 30 Cals

ETC…Immediately into;

Partner 1 does 15 Push Jerks

Partner 2 does 15 Push Jerks

down to 5

*The Push Jerks should be challenging but manageable

Post WOD-

Spend some time working on a gymnastics Weakness
