*Perform 5 Reps of each movement

*Perform all Movements on one side, then opposite side

*Add weight if you feel good

2 Power Cleans

1 Hang and 1 from floor



10 Min AMRAP

1 Min Plank “Buy in”

25 Russian  Swings 70/53

25 Sit up

25 Russian Twist (R+L = 1)

*Only perform the plank once, then its a 9 Min AMRAP
