Warm up-

800m Indian Run

*Stay together, back person runs to front, repeat this until you’re back.

Set up and Prep for workout by doing each of the movements building up to working weight.


“Filthy 50”

For time:

50 Box jumps 24/20

50 Jumping pull-ups

50 Kettlebell swings 35/24

50 Walking lunges

50 Knees to elbows

50 Push press 45/35

50 BB Good Mornings 45/35

50 Wall ball 20/14

50 Burpees

50 Double unders

*Start at any station

*Set up Boxes or Side bars for jumping pull ups so that your wrist are even with bar. Come down to full extension then jump to chin over bar for each rep
