Warm up:
2 Rounds
20 cal row
10 Air Squats
10 Push ups
10 sit ups
5 Pass through plus 5 OHS

Skill-

Every 2 minutes for 5 sets

1 Hang Squat snatch + 1 OHS
*stay between 70-80% of 1RM

WOD- 20 min cap

5 Rounds
25 Medball Cleans
10 Burpee pull ups

Or 18.4

If too many doing 18.4, do Medball facing burpees instead of burpee pull ups

Post WOD-

3 RNFT
10 DB bench press
10 Ring Rows
1:00 walking lunges
