15 Bar Facing Burpees

*Choose a weight that allows you to go Unbroken for 1st Round

Post WOD-

1.) Every :45 for 10 Sets:

2 Reps of 4/3″ Deficit HSPU (1 Strict + 1 Kip)

2.) Every :30 For 25 Sets

2 HSPU (1 Strict + 1 Kip)

3.) 50 T2B
