Warm up-

1.) 500m Row

2.) 2 rounds

10 Pass Throughs

10 High Knee + 10 Butt Kickers

5 Kip Swings + 2 Ball ups on Bar

15 Squats (Air Round 1, BB Round 2)

*build to back squat weight from the floor in sets of 3 and 3 reps practicing t2b in between


With a clock set for 25 Mins….



Back Squat 155/105

*200m Sprint after each Round

**Once you finish you have until the 25 min mark to establish:

4 Rep Back Squat

Post WOD-

2 Sets each Leg:

:20 couch stretch, elbow to foot

:20 couch stretch, upright

:20 couch stretch, hips away from wall

:20 couch stretch, reach hands to wall
