:30 Samson Stretch Per Side

Skill- 15 Mins

Deadlift

3-3-2-2-1

*Build to a heavy single, doesn’t have to be a 1RM

WOD- 15 Min Cap

5 Rounds

20 Wall Balls

10 Deadlifts (225/155)

*This should be a sub 10 burner

Post WOD-

Jog/Walk 400m easy

Accumulate 3 Minutes of a plank hold

Banded Hamstring stretch, :90 Per Side
