12 Deadlifts

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Push Jerks

RX + 185,125, RX ++ 205/145

Post WOD-

1) EMOM 5 minutes

Handstand Hold- 10-40 seconds each minute based on capacity

2) Banded Lat/Shoulder Stretch, 60 seconds per side
