Warm up-

1) Bike, Row, Jog or Jump Rope easy x 3 minutes

2) Stretch Deep Squat, 2 minutes

Band Front Rack Stretch, 60 seconds per side

3.) Air Squat x 10 reps

Front Squat x 10 reps

Back Squat x 10 reps

*all with an empty barbell


Front Squat


*All sets should be above 80% of the 2 rep max for the day.

Back Squat


*Try to start the first set at the last successful Front Squat weight


3 Rounds For Time:

42 Air Squats

21 Ab-Mat Sit ups

7 Ring Muscle Ups

*RX+ GHD Sit-Ups, Scale MU’s to C2B + Dips, or just C2B

Post WOD-

3 Rounds

50m Plate Pinch Carry

1 Minute Bar Hang
