Warm up-

1) 10 Minutes

Run 400 meters, with remaining time:

15 Band Pull Aparts

15 Sit-ups

15 Partial Romanian Deadlifts (bar starts at hips, lower bar to just below the knees and return back to standing)

15 Walking Lunges


Perform a set every 2:00 minutes

Hang Power Cleans


*Wave loading format. Every set should be Challenging. But second set of 3 heavier than the first 3, second set of 2 heavier than the first set of 2, etc….


15 Min AMRAP

30 Air Squats

20 Push Ups

10 Deadlifts 225/155

Post WOD-

50 GHD sit ups

50 T2b

50 Ab-Mat Sit ups

Rest 5 Mins:
