WOD-

In teams of 4:

40 Mins

Partner 1: Run 400m

Partner 2: Row Max Distance or AB

Partner 3: Burpees to a 6′ target

Partner 4: Max Rep DU’s

*The Runner is the “pacesetter”, When the run is completed rotate to the next movement.

*This is a simple and long “sweatfest”….Enjoy!
