When not rowing perform Lateral Lunges or Spriderman

Then: 25AS

Prep for Workout

50 Back Squats 135/95

30 Single Arm DB snatch, alternating arms 50/35


Gymnastic Pulling Accessory

1.) 2x :20 Hang on Bar Partner Shoulder Stretch

2.) 10×1 Eccentric Pull-ups(3-5 seconds of controlled lowering)(Add weight if body weight is to easy)

3.) 3×15 sec Chest to Ring Holds

Post WOD-

150 AB-mat Sit ups
