*Build to DL working weight for WOD in 5-7 Sets of 1-3 Reps per set.

*Do 3 Pull ups/3 Push ups/6 AS after every 2 warm up sets


“Cindy and Deadlifts”

20 Min AMRAP

1 Deadlift 365/225,

5 Pull- ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

*If RX is to heavy, use 80-90% of 1RM

*2 People can share a DL bar if weight is same
