Back Squat + Power Snatch

4 Sets

3 BS + 3 Power snatch climbing in weight each round

*BS will be taken from the ground

WOD- (15 Min Cap)


Back Sqaut 185/125, 155/105

Power Snatch 135/95, 115/75

*One Barbell can be used for WOD

Post WOD-

1.) Single Arm KB OH walk


50ft Left arm walk

50ft Right arm walk

*Use Challenging load that can be done unbroken

2.) Foam Roll upper back, :90
