10 “A” KB swings

10 Jumping Squats

5 PVC Pass Throughs

Skill- (20 Minutes)

Push Jerk + Split Jerk

*Build to a max for the day


15 Min EMOTM

Minute 1- 10 DB or KB Thrusters

Minute 2- 15 Burpees

Minute 3- 15 Box Jumps

*This will be challenging…Push yourself to hit the prescribed reps

Post WOD-

3×10 Seated KB Press

3×10 DB Front/lateral raises(Keep it light)
