Skill-

Back Squat

Every 2 Mins for 3 sets

4 BS @ 80% of last Friday’s heavy 4

Then:

3×20 Double KB Front rack lunge

WOD-

In teams of 2:

6 Rounds Each

250m row

15 Wall Balls

*Partner A completes a round, then Partner B

*Each round is an all out sprint

Post WOD-

Tabata 8 Rounds

:20 second Hollow Hold

:10 second Superman Hold
