:30 Goblet squat hold(move side to side on each ankle during :30)

Then:

3 sets

10 PVC Pass Throughs

10 Air Squats

5 Box Jumps

WOD-

For Time:

25 Wall Balls 20/14

75 DU’s

20 WB’s

60 DU’s

15 WB’s

45 DU’s

10 WB’s

30 DU’s

5 WB’s

15 DU’s

Skill-

Back Squat

Build to a heavy triple

Then:

Take 80% of that triple for 5 sets of 3

Post WOD-

Accumulate 2 Minute L-sit

100x Flutter kicks
