Skill-

Then:

In 10 miutes… Build to a heavy Power Clean

WOD-

4 Rounds:

3 min AMRAP x 1 min. rest

15 HSPU

Max Power cleans in remaining time:

Round 1- 135/95

Round 2- 155/105

Round 3- 175/115

Round 5- 185/125

*Score is total Power Cleans only

Post WOD-

5 min emom – 5 weighted strict pull ups

Then:
