Skill-

8 Rounds- every 2 minutes complete:

1-2 = 5x Strict Press

3-4 = 5x Push Press

5-6 = 5x Push Jerk

7-8 = 5x Split Jerk

*2 set @ each movement. 1st round at 80% and second round is your 5 rep max for the day. Add weight each round.
