20x Air Squats

20x push ups

Skill-

10 Min EMOM

-1x Clean + 1x Hang Clean (Build)

Then:

Front Squat heavy single

(1-1-1-1-1-)

WOD-

7 RFT

7 Thrusters(100/70)

7 burpees to 6″ target

Post WOD-

50x Med ball sit ups

20x Strict pull ups

2×10 hip extensions
