ab-mat sit ups

Skill-

Front Squat + DU’s

5 Rounds – Every 3 mins, perform:

5x FS(80-85%) + 25 Unbroken DU’s

*Try and get DU’s unbroken. If not, cut off is the 2 min mark

WOD-

For Time-

Buy in: 50x Wall balls(20/14)

Then: 5 Rounds

6x MU + 10x Hang squat clean(95/135)

Cash Out: 50x Wall Balls(20/14)

Post Wod-

3 sets of 8-12 banded pull-ups/pull ups

50 cals airdyne
