YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!
*If you don’t want to try out your muscle up quite yet you can do progressions or work on the following: handstand holds, handstand walks, pull up/pullup progressions, T2B, HSPU, practice your kips, bar Muscle ups, ring dips, double unders etc.  Use this time to get stronger on gymnastic movements.

WOD-
Tabata day- 20 min.

Push ups
Double unders
Sledge Hammers
