Skill:
Snatch-Every 2 min x 5
-2 power snatch + 1 full snatch
Start @70% and build up
-then-
5 rep max back squat

WOD:
10 min AMRAP
5 pull ups
10 ring dips
15 Wallballs

Post WOD:
50 ab mat sit ups
25 flutter kicks
25 second static hold on the rings
